The Montgomery County Regional Sewer District provides multiple options for payments for your convenience. The following provides instructions for each payment option.
To submit payment by mail, please mail your payment in the form of money order or check to:

*Cash is not an acceptable method for bill payment.
Credit Card Payments
The District currently uses Quickbooks (Intuit) accounting software to process credit card payments. Quickbooks charges 3.5% + 30 cents per transaction. Customers who choose this payment option are to call In the Black Bookkeeping and provide their information for the transaction.
Direct Payment Debit
You can set up Direct Payment Debit so that the bill amount is deducted automatically from your account on or after the 10th of each month. You will still receive a bill in the mail for their records. To set up Direct Payment Debit, Customers are to fill out the Pre-Authorized ACH Debit Agreement Form.
